IS E-Z-2 BUY HOMES RIGHT FOR YOU?

Follow this simple test...

E-Z-2-Buy Homes really never “sells” anything; Our agents can be better described as sales coaches who “coach” our buyers and sellers to make the right decisions based on the facts. Our job is to present the facts and let our clients make their own decisions.

We never, never, never, apply coercion, apply high pressure tactics or intimidate anyone to achieve a sale……it is simply not our style. We do what is right, not just what needs to be done to make a sale! It is called selling with a conscience! Does this business style match yours? If so, read on!

With our selling system, E-Z-2-Buy Agents realize the easiest part of their job is selling the home. The real work begins once the sales contract is signed. Our agents work diligently managing the “behind the scenes” details to work toward a smooth transition of sellers moving out, and buyers moving in. Do you possess an inner desire to help people with their housing needs?

Let’s face it, most companies create an adversarial process when they sell homes. They pit buyer and seller against each other as a means to try to sell an overpriced property or to justify an overpriced brokerage fee. It creates a very negative selling process that is at the very least stressful, and truthfully, a dishonest selling environment. We know there is a better way, and it is called our very own “Friendship Based Selling System.” We start by pricing the home at a fair price and then allow absolutely no negotiation whatsoever. The buyer simply views the home, and accepts it at its current price and condition. If the home is overpriced, a buyer simply will buy another home that is fairly priced. Keep in mind that we simply refuse to sell overpriced homes. We don’t want to waste the buyers, sellers, or our agent’s time! You can imagine how clients feel when they compare our fair priced homes to the inflated price of our competitors! Our business model has proven over and over that this is the style that both buyers and sellers most prefer. As we start the process as one of buyer and seller cooperation, that spirit of cooperation carries on right to the point of delivering keys from sellers to buyers, We prefer both buyers and sellers attend the closing meeting, again staying cooperative and friendly throughout the process.

One more comment about the Friendship Based Selling System…..When you go to the grocery store to buy a loaf of bread, you typically find the bread you want and then view the price, If the bread is fairly priced, you will buy it. Simple, right? You would never “negotiate” the price of the bread with the store clerk, so why should it be any different with housing?

The system is not for everyone. Some people just have to “haggle” or “negotiate” for everything. We feel that “negotiation” simply pits buyer against seller so that one party can take advantage of the other, and we don’t want to have anything to do with it! We will let our competitors continue operating in that environment, and we will let the clients who prefer that style to go to our competitors also. Simply stated, it is simply not what we do. So the question for you is; Does this style of selling fit your personality and style? If so, maybe we have a match, but there is also something that is very important for an E-Z-2-Buy Agent to possess……

We have created a process that is so streamlined and so simple, that some people may have a hard time following it! Some people feel that a process must be time consuming and painful to have any real worth and we cannot be in more disagreement. Further, it is most important that all agents follow the same prescribed procedures because overall, it makes our system efficient for all parties concerned. Occasionally, agents may find a “better” way to conduct business, but it is better only if the idea has a good application between all agents. We can change and adjust anything, but we cannot have any agent doing things only “their way” because it works better for them. So, your question is, can you follow procedures and prescribed protocols even when you might have a “better way?”

1. Can you do the right thing, always?
2. Conduct yourself in a friendly but professional manner?
3. Have a genuine desire to help people with their housing needs?
4. Have the desire and ability to answer your phone to accept your clients? This is one of the key rules of success in today’s marketplace. Those who answer their phones get clients, while those that rely on voice mail never realize the clients that they have lost!
5. Are you bilingual? It is not necessary, buy definitely a plus
6. Honesty…Integrity…..Following the law….Doing what’s right, even when you lose a sale, are all fundamental requirements of an E-Z-2-Buy agent. Sounds like you? Ready for the next step?

1. We require our agents to continually monitor their phones whenever possible. We do not rely on voice mail, because when someone calls, they want to talk to a real person, not a machine! If you are unable to answer your phone, we expect a very prompt return phone calls to our clients
2. Can you use a computer? You don’t need to be an “expert,” but you need to at least have basic computer skills
3. While we don’t dictate hours worked, we expect our agents to remain active at all times in the business, whether they decide to work part time or full time.
